Grilled Pizza Galore

Here are a few pics of a mighty awesome grilled pizza.
Ingredients include:
Caper
Minced Anchovies
Italian Olives
Arugala
Grape Tomatoes

All tossed in with olive oil and a splash of balsamic, fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

This is one of my favorites to get in Italy:

tomato sauce base with:
Priscuitto
Sopressato
Artichoke
Basil
Hard-Boiled Eggs
Fresh mozzarella and parmesan.

Preparation Station

Dough hits the grill. You should cover the dough with olive oil before placing it on the grill
